Too many pictures to actually post them on the front page as everyone was having a great time... thus not to many images suffered the delete button (i.e. goofy, crying, pouting, back of the head shots).

It took us about an hour again to open all the gifts from each other and the grand parents. We even had one set of grandparents spying on us the entire time via Yahoo IM video streaming. Next year I might set up a QuickTime Streaming so all the parents can watch if they wish.

So... um... these were uploaded and processed back in November, but for whatever reason they never made it to the front page. Here are some pictures of Gavin and Cooper playing in the leaves that finally dropped that weekend. Sad thing... they are still in the same spot as these pictures capture. Crap I need get things done around this house.

So, It is slowly sinking in on the fact I'm not father of the year this time around. How do I know, I'm posting Cooper's 15-month growth chart update two months late.

Well, it is interesting to see that Cooper is the exact same size in height and weight as Gavin, but Gavin was three months older than Cooper.

Here is the article that I had intended to write last week. I know when people hear/read that "I'm busy", it passed passed like a prostitute... in one door, out the other.

Anyways, writing this is going to be very difficult. Not because of I can't say what has happened, but I can say 'who' it has happened with due to NDA's agreements, and the general idea of that I don't name my companies on my website (yes I name Verizon... but that was eight years ago... I don't name them anymore).

So I have a new Project at work. This project is with a company that is within the top 5 of it's industry on the Fortune 500, and almost top 100 overall. It is a company that I will really enjoy working with and is a dream come true as it is opening a whole new set of contacts within the company. You may have a guess, but I'm not confirming anything... so please don't ask.

With this new project, my company needed to meet the standards it wants to project to all providers in regards of capabilities and certifications. Nobody had these certifications three months ago, but now we are within the top 5 providers in the number of certified individuals within one company. My training schedule was from:

With each class, I was also required to complete a two hour test at a certified testing facility, exactly the same for what I had to perform for my PMI certification.

So while all this training was happening, I still had my regular day job/projects to manage... thus I had a lot of late nights and any free time was spent with the family (sorry, it was not to entertain you).

Training is almost in the clear, and I have a couple more travel dates early next year... but I see a light at the tunnel. I am enjoying my job and that is all that matters as long as the family is happy too.
